At first the Sports Misc was just a place to talk sports. But as it developed it almost turned into an exclusive club to be apart of.
So it's time for something special for those who devote most of their miscing time to this section and enjoy the other members of this small community. This thread is for the members of that special club. In here, we talk about everything else that's unrelated to sports. Girls, cars, social life, life advice, workout advice etc etc etc because we all know the misc has become a cesspool with no real value for any serious discussions/questions.
So this is our own special thread to help each other or just talk freely with each other. Here we can give that to each other, judgment free and hopefully stupidity free.
Hopefully there will be no endless kobe/lbj debates, brady/manning debates, or al/nl debates. I'd like to think we can collectively save those passionate discussions for the normal threads of the forum. Same deal with any trolling.
Obviously this thread doesn't have to be void of sports. We all like it obviously. That can be done too, but hopefully in a very civil manner without negligent bickering.....again save that for the rest of this section, it wouldn't be the sports misc without it.
So as an original member of the Sports misc I would like to bestow upon this forum The Official Sports Misc Members Off-Topic Chat.

With jeans I assume? I usually wear some low top type boots with my jeans.
I think these are hideous, but the style is similar to what I have when I say low top boots. Mine are actually more like leather or whatever, not some fabric like those boots have.
Usually save my sneakers for gym or outdoor physical activity type things. If you have to go sneakers I'd say look at new balance stuff though for casual sneakers with jeans.
Edit:
Actually those boots aren't that bad now that I look at them a little more.

well yeah i was thinking something more sporty and yes the old new balance sneakers is what i wear. i have these.......
i really like these but i've been wearing them for over a year already and i was thinking to get the same just a different color. i like the old school look and not really into bright colors.
i went into a sneaker store the other day and i was blown away by the prices of some of these sneakers, i mean a lot were over $ 200.Eli 2 Rings a.k.a. Eli Montana a.k.a. Eli Unitas a.k.a. Eli Swag Newton a.k.a. Goats gonna Goat !

I think ideas to promote the betterment of the sports misc section should be limited to members who have the experience of having their reps above whaling status.
You guys couldn't even participate in all this sections features during the rep betting days.....such a shame.

OMFG....no thanks. Don't pay that much for shoes bro, you're not a girl. Gotta be able to find some decent shoes in the $70-100 range.
Then again I haven't purchased any new shoes for many years now so maybe the prices are all jacked up. I hang on to my shoes for like a decade if I can.
I need some new basketball type shoes though for all things athletic. Mine are finally falling apart. Had them since I was 19 I think

Has anyone looked at those vertical measuring Nikes? I'm still on my hyperdunks right now.
Any good sneaker critics in here?Originally Posted by RogerSterling i workout for my health, dont feel the need to eat if i'm not hungry since i still get plenty of puss being the weight i am now.

ah lol, I'll still give it a try. I got a new 4runner(well used, 2004) and the window wipers won't reset. by that I mean if I turn them on, then cut them off instead of falling back down to the bottom of the windshield in the normal resting location they just stop abruptly in the middle of my window lol. No idea if it's a small fix or not.
