ive never done enough monitoring of what I eat and said results, but yeah ure prob right with the sugar/fat combo. I have noticed when I eat a large carb meal though my veins seem to pop like crazy.
deff noticed that, also, I thought I was the veins of the operation...looks like u might have me beat.

When I bulk, I actually bulk. It doesn't make sense to me to pussyfoot around. I know I can get lean. So when I'm putting on weight I'm gonna do it. Ended up gaining about 30 lbs last bulk which was only 7-8 months, if my memory serves me right. IMO, gotta sacrifice a little leanness to get any substantial growth

Nope, was pretty happy with my bulk last year. I may have said this one would be a shorter which it will be or that I may try to keep it a bit leaner. Weighed in at 210 today so closing in on the goal of 220. Going well, I think. Yeah carbs fluctuate a bit dependent on fat, but I usually don't go under 400 and am usually higher. Always keep protein high. 350-400g. Probably overkill, but I like protein, it keeps me full, and I have always done it that way. Plus I have to fill my cals somehow and don't really like going above 100g of fat too often. Plan to curtail my calories a tad towards the end just to tighten up.
