Fat distrubution
Now that Im cutting my fulk is kickin me in the ass in the fact that most my fat is stored in my fukking face, lower abdomen and ass (lol)
My t shirts would go over my ass and this would bring the tshirt out more makin me look like i dont lift and about 200lbs of fat
brb back and shoulders and arms have vains poppin' and then havin a fat face..... feelsbadman
Anyone else feel my pain?

I also never really understood bloat, is it water weight or something? Cause After a week of cutting I drop a pants size and my face leans out..

all mine fat is in front torso (chest wtf), lower back, face. on a bulk atm
brb, can see some lower ab veins if i pull my skin right
brb, hoses running down arms
brb, calf veins.
brb i fukken hate it when my fwb touches my fukking back or someone pokes me in the chest because it's soft as fuk. hold me mike.

Lower back, lower abs, chest and chin for me. Top 4 abs stay pretty clear usually, upper back, arms, legs and face stay nice and lean.

goes from tits and hips first, but the ass(not bothered, looks muscular) and stomach go last!!!

Retarded lean chest/shoulders/arms/upper back here. All my fat goes on abs, legs, and lower back. Not even mad, I can wear a cut off/tank year round and look lean

Mine goes straight to my stomach. Even bone structure wise, my waist feels large. Not sure I could even get below 32-31 inches.
I also have a narrow clavical which combined with a big waist = negative V taper.

My fat is pretty evenly distributed until a certain point when it starts to show more around the gut area.
