I just realized, If i'm eating 2800 calories to bulk (I got this number from this formula) how is my metabolism incorporated in there? I'm sure I have a very high/fast metabolism because I used to eat any "Junk food" I could find and I would stay skinny, So is there no way to incorporate in that or do I just gotta check by trial and error?

trial and error, formulas just give you a jumping off point.
