    Bulk slowly, like 1-2lbs a month, than reassess your situation in like 6 month to a year from now. If you want some more info on how to bulk correctl go see the videos of Team 3DMJ on youtube. Those guys are prettey beast when it comes to natural bodybuilding.

    ok so ill slow bulk till like april/may and then cut beacause its beach time. Or do you think that april/may is too late for cutting?

    There is no point in slow bulking if you are only doing for 3-4 months, bulk really slowly and you will still look good on the beach. If you do a cut, you will probably just look skinny by summer... Take it slow and don't spin your wheel.
