Hey I'm a 22 yr old and I like to bust my ass in the gym. I always make sure when I walk out that I know that I've done my best. One question I would want advice on is if I'm overworking myself. When I do strength training I like to do 6 sets of 5 and add 5 lbs each rep. I start with squat, then power clean. After that I do my deadlift, and finally bench press. Every now n then ill throw in pull ups, sit ups and military press. Please give me some feedback I want to gain mass quick but I'm worried I'm burning muscle with this approach!!!
