Topic says it all, hammer grip pull ups vs Hammer Dumbbell curls ? which one is the best to gain mass and strength? is theres differences what muscles they hit ?

Well... one is a pull up variation and the other is a curl variation.
So, better to gain mass and strength in what? In the arms? That will depend on you, your form and your MMC. In the back? Well I'm pretty positive the pull up variation will do that much better.-
