Are you genetically prone to bigger arms, or bigger body? When you hit your lifts do your arms seem to grow faster, or your body? It always seems for most people that it's one or the other.
If you are big arms/small body, or big body/small arms, are you happy that way, or would you rather be the other way around?
Also when i say small, it doesn't have to mean SMALLL, just smaller than your other body parts
