    Squat, row and press form check please

    these are all my current 5 rep sets, been doing a SS style program

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkA8C8o_5-M 80kg squat front view, this is when i switched to a narrower stance because before my stance was so wide it gave me pain in my groin. How does my stance look? this is a low bar squat.

    Why are you going so slow on the push part of the squat? Explode out of the hole.

    Your knees are caving...lower the weight and work out pushing your knees out when you come out of the hole.

    Rowing looks fine.

    Pressing...spending way to much time and energy under the bar before you lift it off. Also, bring it down to chest level so you can use the stretch reflex to get out of the hole.

    Your knees are coming together as you rise from squatting , doesnt make sense.

    Dont get why you start barbell rows like that.

    Presses dont look all bad.

    thanks for the advice, i'm going to try squats once more at the same weight and really focus on knees out if i fail at that then should i lower it down to 70kg or so?
