these are all my current 5 rep sets, been doing a SS style program

Why are you going so slow on the push part of the squat? Explode out of the hole.
Your knees are caving...lower the weight and work out pushing your knees out when you come out of the hole.
Rowing looks fine.
Pressing...spending way to much time and energy under the bar before you lift it off. Also, bring it down to chest level so you can use the stretch reflex to get out of the hole.Last edited by Jasonk282; 01-05-2013 at 06:42 AM.
