Does anyone here do it? It seems like a bunch of guys trying to bench the world. What if you wanna be spec ops ect.. you need cardio as well.
Do you jog? do you sprint? Do you run 1.5mile for times? Are you good at running AND lifting?

Depends on your priorities. If you want to be good at running and lifting and be big, not just get the optimal exercise for your health and gains, then run regularly and lift, just eat more to compensate for running.Always learning.
(For 5 reps)
Squat - 110kg
Bench Press - 65kg
Overhead Press - 47.5kg

I just do repeat sprints and sprint work. I couldnt fathom having to run more than 400 yards at a time.
I stopped running about the same time I started lifting so when I got back into running 35lbs heavier now it was a lot harder than I remembered it being. Relearning how to run efficiently at a heavier weight helps me with injury prevention more than anything. Sprints also highlight your weaknesses and your areas of tightness.
