I have heard and seen many people eat this as a healthy source of calories and protein. What is the best way to prepare it, in healthy-wise terms? As well as convenient.

Healthy would be to grill it, george foreman, bake it, fry it, boil it, add it to vegetable soup, take a fork and eat it.

If you don't have a george foreman grill or can't use outdoor grill.
Try boiling the chicken + some eggs + nonfat mayo + bread your choice = great chicken salad sandwich.
Try using spam frying spray and frying the chicken or hell even butter/grease/oil of preference.
Try taking some baked chicken and adding it to your daily salad if you eat one.

17, but I've never used a grill & my parents are freaks. Is frying too much worse than grilling?

Both can be harmful and both can be safe, it all comes down to the person cooking and their equipment.
If you are afraid you can't cook or need your parent's permission ask them if they can watch you cook or cook for you.

I like frying it for ~8 mins, tastes pretty succulent if you get good stuff

I pan fry mine in butter. It's like -26C outside so hell no to grill, baking takes too long.

cut the breats into strips and fry them up into a fry pan, hell add some vegtables and some brown rice and you got yourself a stir fry, a complete meal right there
