all lifts are raw:
squat: low bar 550x1, high bar 506x1, front 374x1
bench: 365x1, CGBP 335x1
dead: conventional 570, sumo 600
OHP: 235x1 (strict), 255(pushpress)
olympic lift:
official: 100,125
training-
pw snatch: 105 Kg
C&J: 140Kg
jerk from rack: 135kg

Yeah i guess its dumb askin the curls, cleans or deadlift wouldve been better. im just wonderin how i stack up with everyone. Which i guess is still kinda pointless.
