Machine, Barbell, Dumbell? The problem is, that in the middle of my workout my left elbow gives out on me. It pops and hurts like hell usually making me stop and switch to a different body part. This typically only happens when I try pushing exercises for chest...
any suggestions? i could do pushups and stuff fine, its just when I start adding weight on stuff it feels like it pops or something..
