    Angry I injured my knee

I was squaring on Sunday and on the way back up I felt a click, not quite a pop in my right knee. The pain was horrible, for two days I couldn't even walk on it. It's been almost a week now, I can walk but pivoting and standing up from a squat I get sharp pain and my knee gives way. I've been wearing a brace which has helped a lot. I want to know how long I should wait to work my legs and what exercises should I do to ease back into it. I'd hate to wait to long because I really need to work my legs. Thanks for the advise in advance.

Any injury to a joint can involve any structures internal within that joint, like cartilage and ligaments. You should go to a doctor to determine, if you have not torn or damaged anything like the meniscus within the knee.

That's what I figured, Im going to setup an appointment next week. Thanks, I really hope it's nothing serious, I'd hate for this to set me back. I've been on a roll.
