wow. What junk. I am sorry your schoolhad that gear in there. Atleast you had equipment. In my day we had 5 flat benches 3 racks 2 incline benches. Even had a power lifting platform. for power cleans and deadlifts

not sure what 'highschool' refers to in america compared to the uk, but mine had one of those tiny portable rooms with a few crappy limited machines (a hip abducter!) and dumbells up to 20kg,
i remember having a go at the p.e teacher that set up that gym .. i'm sure he said he spent £40,000+, i offerd to redo it for them the other week at my brothers parents evening, they declined lol.
my college gym wasn't too much better and my uni doesn't have a gym (as far as i'm aware anyway) ..-!!!---!!!- No Excuses Homemade Equipment Crew #4 -!!!---!!!-

Thanks and Repped for reminding us abt good stuff on govdeals time and again. There are some nice 3 rd gen spinner nxts and an awesome powerlift lat pull... Man, I wish I lived closer
