    Critique my diet

    Hi guys,

    So I'll follow ErickStevens post as closely as possible so as not to piss anyone off!

    "Post Macros, Not Foods. We want to know how many calories you plan on eating"
    3800 per day - I have been gaining about 700g per week at this rate for the last two weeks.

    "We also want to know the macronutrient breakdown of said caloric intake: Protein, fat, and carbs":
    Carbs: 442 Fat: 92 Protein: 269

    "Tell Us Your Goals":
    My goal is to be 85kg with 12% bf, hopefully within 8 months.

    "In addition you need to give us your height, weight, and at least a rough estimation of your body fat":
    I'm 6"2', 81kg, approximately 15% body fat (I could be wrong - please review my current profile pic and provide an estimate)

    "If you want some bonus points give us an idea or your activity level and general metabolic efficiency."
    I train three days per week for about an hour per day (Stronglifts 5x5). I do two days of light cardio/abs for about 20 minutes. Aside from that I'm not very active, but I work a part time job in hospitality, so spend about 4 hours a day three days a week on my feet for that.

    Oops! TDEE is about 3250. And, by the way, if you hadn't notice this is a bulking phase! I intend to do this for about 6 months, or to 95kg, and cut back to 85kg afterwards.
