Happy New Year!
I have a weird new years resolution - and that is to start drinking tuna shakes. My weight gains are starting to plateau, and I have a very strong suspicion is because I need up my calorie count. But, I take too much time eating as it is. The answer? Tuna shakes!
I don't love tuna, I tolerate it, and I typically have a can before bed every night. The girlfriend hates it when I bring it into bed. I'd rather just chug it in 30 seconds rather than masticate a whole can in 10 minutes. (Yes I'm a slow eater, it makes things worse).
So, could the hardcore people share their favourite tuna shake recipes? Or perhaps, a good starting recipe that will help me get used to the concept of drinking liquefied fish and minimize the gag reflex?
Thank you!
