Blood and Guts Workout by Dorian Yates.......Part 2?

Whats up guys! I love the Blood and Guts workout by dorian yates. Iput on about 10 lbs of mass using it and my time with it has come to a close. I need a new HIT workout. I was wondering if anyone has seen a Blood and Guts Workout Part II anywhere. If there isn't one, can anyone recommend another similar program for me to use? Id really appreciate it. Cheers!

You just change up the movements and add/subtract some more advanced training techniques. It's a training protocol, not a routine. So, if you were following the bodybuilding.com version, you might do something like this...

CHEST/BIS - Flat DB Press, Incline HS Press, Weighted Dips, Hammer Curls, Preacher Curls
    OFF
BACK/TRIS - Pullovers, BB Rows, HS Rows, Rack Pulls, Skull Crushers, Close-Grip Bench
    OFF
LEGS - Squat, RDL, Leg Press, Leg Curls, Calf Presses
    OFF
SHOULDERS - HS Shoulder Press, Cable Laterals, Rear Delt Flyes, Upright Rows

    New Shanghai Log!

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

If it worked so well for you, why change to something else?
    No brain, no gain.
