I will keep this simple and to the point.
Height: 5 foot 8
Weight 136 pounds
Low-Mid bodyfat %
Seeking to gain muscle mass (was thinking of aiming for 150 pounds)
My macros are as follows:
Total Calories: 2600
Fats: 81 grams
Carbs: 263 grams
Protein: 190 grams (fitday is over zealous on their estimations.. this is actually closer to 170 grams i believe)
Any critique would be greatly appreciated! Am i on the right track? what would you mix up? Thanks!

Those macros add up to 2421 cals, not 2600.
