The only grainy pics of Levrone I've seen have come from old video screen caps and magazine scans.

Phil look to have bigger tris, levrone wins on bi's. These guys are also very different - Heath has a much shorter neck than Levrone but levrone might be a little wider.

Phil certainly looks bigger and would probably beat a Levrone, even a prime one I believe. Still, Kevin looks a bit more balanced whereas Phil has more of a freak factor to his physique (which is ridiculous to say as both are among the greatest freaks ever and very well balanced).

I have the 1997 BFTO and throughout Levrone's segment while posing, he never even did a side triceps. He did every pose except that one.

Agreed. Kevin looks harder and midsection tighter but like you said, Phil has that "wow" factor in size. Is really not fair to compare random gym pics I just thought of these Levrone pics right away when I saw this one of Phil. Just that same pose, shaved head, relatively tight mid section, overpowering arms/delts and freakiness factor in both...
