An I average or above average or below average?
Just by my profile pic do you think I'm above average?? It's a simple answer and no I don't just work my arms. They're just the muscle that I like to work the most(triceps/biceps)

Look around and ask yourself that question. Most people irl have almost no muscle as they don't work-out. Going by that, you're above average.

17 bulked.. 14 cut.. all good though!
OP, you can expect anyone to give you a serious answer with a picture like that. Get some shorts on, roll them up a bit so we can see your quads and take a front/back/ l side/ r side picture set.
If you can't do that.. this thread is pointless. Your arms are your smallest bodypart.. wtf are you trying to show em off for? Give us some back, quads, chest, etc.

Just honest advice. And like critical bench said, hard to judge from that pic. Arms aren't everything.

Sippin' on dat CREignite
I've been taking AAEFX K-Otic for well over a year now. No need to switch, I'm still getting the best workouts ever with it. I get all kind of free samples from other companies like C4, jacked, N.O. explode. etc. that I will try every once in a while to see if I'm missing out on something new out there. Nothing comes close to comparing to K-Otic.

heavy compound lifts.. overhead press, bent over rows, weighted chin ups, etc.
ps. don't worry so much about how you compare, if it's good for you.

Heavy deadlifts and shrugs will build them better than any direct workout, very serious.

I think the message here is pretty clear. You need K-Otic on your road to 17 inch arms.
