    Counting......

I am getting really upset with myself trying to count grams/calories for a diet.

I am aiming for 2200 calories a day. 43 carb 30 protein 27 fat which is the right amount according to the sticky for 1/lbm protein and .4/lbm fat (5'11", 202lbs, 20% BF)

    3 MEALS A DAY
    CARBOHYDRATE PROTEIN FAT
    GRAMS per day 236g 165g 66g
    GRAMS per meal 78.7g 55g 22g
CALORIES per day 946 cals 660 cals 594 cals
CALORIES per meal 315.3 cals 220 cals 198 cals

So all this was great and easy but now adding up my foods seems to be a joke trying to hit these numbers per 3 meals. For 1 vegetables have no nutritional info on them. Is there some secret I am missing? I have been trying to figure this out for a few hours. I am going to eat the same thing every day for 2 weeks to try this. I have egg's, bacon, soft taco wraps, a lot of vegetables, chicken/beef/pork and rice. I really can't figure this out.

So far I have 4 eggs 4 strips of bacon and 580g pork (roughly the size of 4 decks of cards) and 1 1/2 cup of rice comes out at about 2182 calories, 186g carbs, 55g fat, 139gg protein.

    So close...

This sure is not easy.. imagine if I want to change meals ever... is it really this hard?

Once again going to try eating the same thing each day for 2 weeks just testing this out.

So I found a way to hit my 2200 calories but I am short at 186g of carbs when I need about 236g. Does that matter? Am I good since I hit the 2200 cals?

Okay something felt off and I fixed it, it was miscalculation in the pork. So now I am finished at 2377 calories (I need 2888 but wanted to lose this fat).

    Fat is at 52g (recommended .4g per 1lbs lbm = 66g)
Carbs are at 186g (recommended fill my extra free from protein/fat with this = 236g)
Protein is at 208g (recommened at least 1g per 1lbs of lbm = 165)

So these are off $!@#$ THIS is hard to balance.. I can't handle anymore of this today been at it for hours.

Unless you're an IFBB pro, numbers don't have to be 100% precise. Just aim around the min. reqs. with a margin of error of 10% more or less.
