Eating 2400 calories a day, and the fat is ripping off. Was wondering how often should i carb load, to keep my body confused?
Was thinking of swapping my fat macros with carb macros on that day, giving me around 500 grams of carbs, 180 grams of protein, and around 13 grams of fat is that's even possible for one day.

If you are a true boss never unless really low BF! But umm I am started keto 2 weeks ago, and "carbing up" as you call it I do on Sat & Sunday. I make protein cookies for the crab up.
I don't use any of the sugary stuff, but here is what I use:
- Blue Berrys
- Egg Whites
- Baking Powder & Soda
- Orange Zest
- Vanilla Abstract
- Maybe extra scoop of whey, and a chopped bannana.
Total calories: 1200 for whole batch, and you can snack on them all day during your carb up if it fits into your macros.
