Might be a dumb question to some of you's but whatever.
I recently purchased a nike fuel band primarily for the calorie counter. It says I burned 1700 calories today and my bmr with no exercise is 2200 and I figure + 500 calories to gain a lb a week = 4450 calories. That seems way too much but also, I work construction and box in addition to the lifting.
Does anyone have a Fuel band? If so, how reliable I'd the calorie counter? Thanks.
