I'm working out from home now, couldn't be bothered with the folk at the gym, so I'm building it up, I've been training for about 3-4 months, and I've noticed I'm getting decent upper pec's, and quite firm pec's between the upper pec and my nipple, but below this, is still flabby.
so I looked around a bit, and the trend was "decline exercises and dips" but my set-up doesn't currently allow me to do this.
will flat exercises work this area as well as what I call "the middle pec" ? (the bit between my nipple and upper pec)
