Opinions on drinking soda?

Hey guys just wondering what your opinions are on drinking soda... I hear of people that drink it every day as long as it fits their macros then I hear people who don't drink it at all... I usually only have it around 2-3 times a month

I have to admit though.....there have been multiple times when I wake up in the middle of the night to piss and on my way back I grab a 12 oz coke zero and shotgun it....half asleep.

Coke is the best tasting beverage of all time by a 1000 miles. I regularly drink it, but try and keep it under control.

Diet cola of any kind is the worst tasting garbage and I'd rather not have any at all than have that crap.

Coke zero is sort of okay. Maybe 1/100th as good as the real thing.
