Hi bb brahs! Simply put, I got around 8 weeks to get down to 10% BF from 16-17%.
It's an imposible feat, but then it's worth a try!

Be consistent with cardio, act like me, I skip it EVERYDAY!
Can one weekend of bad eating really ruin a week of dieting? Well, can one quick trip to Vegas ruin 2 months of saving? Same thing basically.

STATS FOR THE DAY!
Breakfast/Second meal/Third meal - Approx. 600-700 calories
Here are some pics :
Did 30 mins of brisk-walking cardio (burned around 150 calories) + 20 mins of fast-biking (burned around 150-200 calories)
Total caloric intake so far ranges from around 1600-1700 minus the calories burnt from cardio.
Posting final meal in a bit!

I checked this site before buying something new to weight reduction.
I wanted to compare different offers and to choose such which best of all would suit me.
Personally I there most of all liked "Customized Fat Loss" because this piece allows to be arranged very precisely under my personal rhythm of life and doesn't hold down me rigid restrictions in food.

Rest day today. Took in around 1800 calories total. (w/o any form of exercise)
Cooked up some clam meat, a turkey hotdog, scrambled egg and 1 whole wheat bread! That was a great lunch.
Totalled at around 40-50g of protein and 400-500 calories.

Had a 2 hour tennis training session prior to workout (500-600 kcals burned)
Side Lateral raises + Dumbbell front raise + Standing shoulder press superset - 2 sets of 20 each (15 lbs.)
Dumbbell shoulder press -
40 x 20
50 x 18
65 x 15
Front plate raise -
35 x 20
35 x 18
45 x 15
Rear delt flyes -
15 x 15
15 x 15
15 x 15
Single-arm reverse machine flyes -
110 X 15
120 X 15
130 X 15
Threw in some obliques and finished.

Forgot to post yesterday, this post is for yesterday.
Took in the first dosage of dyma-burn by Dymatize today.
So far so good, kept me awake for the WHOLE day (since 5:45AM) and had a full-load of energy
until now. (11:45PM)
Hoping to see some weight-loss effects in 2-3 weeks, will be posting
Semi-cheat day today - took in around 2500 calories (maintenance for my weight class)
Got some great Mt. Fuji Maki with the special someone today!

Great back day.
Hit up some deadlits, lat pulldowns, close-grip pulldowns, wide-grip machine rows and close-grip machine rows.
Snapped all kinds of **** up.
Feels great, was able to control self and eat just over 1800 calories today too. (600 kcal deficit)

MY DEADLIFTS ARE WEAK. Only did 10 for 245. Damn i'm weak brahs.
Threw in some 180s for 8 reps (almost max)
NOW THIS IS WHERE I'M STRONG.
Just messing, some buttered vegetables + pan-fried beef hotdogs. Good stuff.
