    You will want to go into the Nutrition section and read the stickies to estimate the number of calories you should be eating in a day and start cutting. If you have a smartphone, an app like MyfitnessPal helps for tracking calories rather easily. Your diet alone can help you lose weight as long as you are eating in a calorie deficit. If you want to lose weight faster, start lifting weights and doing cardio a couple times a week.
