Thats a good call. Flex has been a a key factor in recovery for me during the past 5 years where I:
recovered from a torn right rotator cuff in a freak rock climbing accident.
recovered from a torn left rotator cuff from a car and then motorcycle accident.
dealt with tendonitis from years of impact from karate.
continued to rehab a knee I absolutely wrecked in high school.
I can currently squat, press and pull freely, with virtually no pain whatsover at any joint. Along with proper warmups and preventative maintenance work with bands, Flex tied it all together and got me on my way.

Sounds like it did wonders and that's exactly what I am looking for atm. Ive healed completely from snowboarding accidents where I would repeatedly punch snow with strong impact and it was messed for abt a week, but I popped the ganglion cyst where I really couldnt do chit for the longest time and when I was able to; it just got inflammated again so Im just biding my time til it's better.. lost about 90% range of motion on left wrist at the worst and slowly regaining it/less swelling etc
been taking glucosamine but I need a comprehensive one so I can regain the conditioning I've lost so far. And great to hear your recovery went fine man!Gabber Crew since 2005

There ya go brother. Its a slow process to come back from it, and it seems like everything goes downhill so quick when it comes on. Extra warmups, mobility work and a Flex is a safe bet. But of course, winning 8 straight years of the best joint supplement award helps Flex speak for itself. Throw in a badass red iconic shirt for a few bucks more? Cant beat that.
Check on the animalpak website brother. There are LE Olive drab iconics available. A portion of the sales goes to the wounded warrior project. You get a cool shirt, and an awesome cause gets a donation. Win-win.
One of the most badass, motivating things I've ever witnessed. Its one of the most raw and honest documentaries I've ever seen and does a great job of showing everyone what animal is about.
If you watch it and afterwards don't feel like throwing around all the weight in the entire gym, you need to consult a doctor.Last edited by Firefist44; 10-30-2013 at 07:14 AM.
