    Six Star Creatine question

So everything I've read says to take between 3-5 grams of creatine per day and in a few weeks your muscles will be fully saturated. Just picked up some Six Star brand creatine today and the serving size is 57g! Are they just trying to sell more product or is there so much other **** in it that I need to take the whole serving to get the 3-5 grams?

I believe 1 serving of their Creatine is 8g of Creatine, or at least that what there website says so you could probably take half and be ok considering you would still be getting 4g of Creatine

I think one scoop is 57g but the entire scoop isn't made up entirely of creatine. You got the sugar, carbs, etc that all make up grams. According to the label its looks like your getting 8,000 + mg of proprietary blend of creatine and a few other supps in there I didnt dig to much into the label... That would be equivalent to 8 grams... One scoop a day will definitely cover your creatine requirements for a day...

It's the total weight of the product you are consuming per serving, read the label for creatine content. Willing to bet you have around 50g of sugar in the scoop with your creatine per serving.

^^^^This. It may seem like a good deal but once you realize ho little of the tub is actually creatine and how much sugar you are getting, you may opt for other options. Plain bulk creatine monohydrate is ridiculously cheap here on Bodybuilding.com. Just go with that and dose it at 3-5 grams per day.
