Since I started getting physically fit with lifting and cardio, i've been eating a lot more. I can eat a lot without getting full and I am always hungry. I recently went to a chinese buffet and 4 plates didn't fill me up.

Count your calories and weigh yourself for a week and find your maintenance amount of calories. How much you can eat and how much you do eat in one meal doesn't matter, it's total calories over a relatively long period of time.

(For 5 reps)
Squat - 110kg
Deadlift- 115kg
Bench Press - 65kg
Overhead Press - 47.5kg
