    Not organised enough.

    Yea I took a total of 33lbs of Serious Mass by ON.
    It helped but also gained 2% fat. I only have ab definition when I tense, I don't want to make it worse.

    Im currently taking Pro Complex Gainer (awesome product) as well as size on which has helped a ton. Im not to concerned with BF going up right now because as tall as we are we can gain 10-20 pounds and not look anywhere near fat

    I'm 6'2 and I don't have much of a problem with building up.

    Well, I'm new to bodybuilding, but I've played sports for four years and lifted in the weight room for longer than that. I had to gain 60 lbs for football season, and this is how I bulked up.
    Use protein shakes and eat peanut butter sandwiches. What you need is protein, protein, protein. Eat a peanut butter sandwich with every meal and between meals and have a protein shake before you go to bed and when you wake up. Also, use the protein shakes before and after workouts. You should start bulking up soon if you do high volume workouts that burn your muscles. Stay motivated man!

    I know that feeling. I'm 6ft 3 and my mates who are all 5ft 8 build much more muscle yet I lift twice as much as them

    I hate all these guys doing 20pull ups and lifting 1/3 of the weight I lift.
    I am around 11ish % fat and still can only do like 10pull ups, 15chin ups, 50 push ups MAX.
