    Front double bicep critique

    Hi all, just hoping to get some advice on what to work on most on this picture please, and an overall critique of it good and bad as some of you may know i hate my biceps and feel they're really lagging and totally too short genetically, also i uploaded a few pics on here the other day and asked for a body fat % because im cutting and bros said 15/16% and i felt that number was a little low as i feel im 18/19% and myabe the pics was good lighting so if you could have a guess on this one that would be great, and tell me if you think my plan to cut down to 9-10% bf is a good one, thanks guys

    Your bis are plenty big enough and in proportion and I reckon 16% is about right
    If you are 223 at the moment and 16% then your lean body mass is 187lbs. If you keep all of your mass then you'll be at 10% at 208lbs, so 15lbs to drop
    If you allow 8-10 weeks and keep lifting heavy then you should be able to keep your mass. I don't see any real imbalance at the moment but it will become more obvious when you get down to lower bodyfat levels and of course with some BDB and leg pics
