Hi,
A few years ago, I was ill and checked into a psychiatric hospital.
Over this period, I went from being a healthy young boy, to being overweight.
One year ago, I decided to step up my game and lose this weight and then add muscle and look better.
Here is what I did: I cut over 4 months from around March from around 140lbs to a skinny 120lbs.
I then embarked on a bulk from 120lbs to my current weight of 152lbs.
I am still going strong whilst dealing with my illness. The gym is my passion and later this year I shall start a Sports Science Degree.
