should you be aiming for a certain % of fat loss per week?
I hear the general rule of thumb is to aim to lose 1-2lbs of bodyweight per week but should you aim for a certain figure in fat loss per week aswell? for example 0.5%

I know with me losing about 1.5 lbs of fat equates to about 1% body fat; and also equates to a half inch on the tape measure at the waist(naval).
