    should i eat more?

    Hi im trying to cut right now (doing the kris gethin 12 week program) but going up in weight when i lift im planning to do a bulking right after this, my diet has been the same mostly mayb less carbs i dunno if i hit a plateau or what but should i eat more im pressing alot more than the beginning but i feel more hungry to now towards the end of the day i know if im working hard and if i dont eat enough it will cut into my muscle so should i eat more or no?

    and when i bulk will that look better im only 150 lb never changed weight even with this cutting program but i see less fat so if i just bulk i will lose fat thats all i want so will that be better ???

    Go there and figure out how many calories you need to be consuming each day for maintenance. Then just make sure you are running at a calorie deficit and you will eventually lose weight.
    If you lift weights to get bitches, you'll find one in the closest mirror.
