He bulked to 285lbs when he was 18. He was reeeeaaaaally fat. I'm pretty sure that's what has messed up the skin texture of his mid section. Pic in OP still looks very strange though.

Guy should pack this dream in before he ruins himself alltogether. He looks like sh*t and trying to get heavier is the exact opposite of what he should be trying to do. A good example of why the phrase "you can be anything you wanna be" and the like are bullsh*t. Sometimes you just aint made for it.

Cody is a really nice guy actually, talked with him all day at one of my shows. He hasn't touched a weight in a few months he's just relaxing living life. He hasn't done anything bad with drugs, it's just his structure. Everything he does is pretty typical (mods can delete if against rules).

He's smaller now like 250 but he said he's going to start back up again, he just needed a break. This guys been going full force since like 16-17

I think with cody somtimes less is more.

The successful athletes in this sport care about longevity and trying to maintain a decent level of health, the greats have shown us this, and even they come into some health problems.

The kids who eat 5000cals in the off season and pump themselves full of celltech and train beyond failure like its there life mission are not gonna do to well.

5k isn't really all that much for somebody that big. I was eating 5k at 220 and besides being full all the time was fine.

You facepalm because he said he hasn't done anything bad with drugs? I think he ment he hasn't done anything stupid and his shape is due to his structure rather than his drug use, I don't think he ment he said he was natural lol I can't remember the name of the guy who helps him with drugs/diet but he is known for some insane doses, insane for a pro and 100x more insane for a 19 year old. I would probably be in trouble if I said what I heard, and of course it's just rumors but it was really really shocking in terms of AAS, didn't hear about slin etc. I think SEO is a big factor in why he has some average at best seperation.


I think 5k cals would be fine since npc/ifbb guys are on hormones and can utilize the calories more efficiently than a natural on 5k, having said that though, like you I could eat 5k cals and still eat more haha I would become pretty fat even on hormones but I think it's not so outrageous to think thats around what they could eat.
