@FH - you yanks and your love for bacon is extreme! Bacon with everything! I brought back bacon chocolate bars for my brothers from San Fran, they were so happy lol

Few new moves in there! Been learning a lot about my form. Was watching this YouTube vid on a slight bend in the elbow for raises, doubled my weight lol yay new pb felt good too! Sore delta today. The Bradford was a new one also I like it! Was doing these and th OHP in the smith originally but switched to pre loaded barbells which made a huge difference. No more smith for these from now on!

Sup G. Love ham, hate bacon. I think Bradfords are called a few different things, I know plitt uses them too (diff name though) overhead infront and behind, no lockout, keep going till fatigued. Good one to burn out my shoulders, worked!

fixed.
Lifting just not logging this week as our safety systems are being audited, no time.
I had a revelation on sat with my front squats though! STOKED! taking my wrists straps off firstly = win, I flexing delts alittle so the bar sits properly SO much better, no wrist pain at all, do have some nice little bruises still though doinitright?
