Possible to cut fat & maintain weight?

Hey folks just wondering is it possible to lose body fat, maintain weight and build muscle all at the same time. The last time I cut I lost a load of BF but I'd say I lost a lot of muscle aswell. I'm in a good mind set atm and have the world of time on my hands for the nxt 8 weeks and would love to get ripped while holding on to as much mass as I can if not build on it. E.g I'm now about 14% BF at 160lb, would love to get to 12% and stay at 160lb. Can anyone advise me?

    Not possible unless you're:

    A. Completely new to weight training
    B. Recovering from an injury or long lay off from training
    C. On cell-tech

Looking at your pics, you're already decently lean, so I'd say clean bulk 10%-20% over maintenance calories. If you get ripped now you risk looking like an ethopian (ie worse than you do now). Save getting ripped for when you have some more mass.

Stop looking for this all in one solution. Build up another 20 pounds of muscle. At that time trying to get to a lower body fat might be more productive.

Extremely unlikely in your case. Cutting while maintaining muscle is possible, although weight will still decrease.
