i am trying to build muscle up but i also want to lose this last tiny tiny bit of fat on my belly to see my abs. So is it possible to lose fat and maintain muscle.

this. Although they get hit well enough through just doing compound lifts, ever since i started working my abs my other lifts have sky rocketed. They also look much better.
Don't over do it though, no one wants to be fridge shaped. I hit em hard once a week. 3x8 weighted crunchesDo not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
