    cant lose last tiny bit of fat on my stomach

    i am trying to build muscle up but i also want to lose this last tiny tiny bit of fat on my belly to see my abs. So is it possible to lose fat and maintain muscle.

    this. Although they get hit well enough through just doing compound lifts, ever since i started working my abs my other lifts have sky rocketed. They also look much better.

    Don't over do it though, no one wants to be fridge shaped. I hit em hard once a week. 3x8 weighted crunches

    Just have to cut harder brah. If you're plateauing weight loss wise, eat at maintenance calories for 1 week and then go back to eating at a deficit. Tried and true way to break plateaus.
    Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

    As you see 138 is quite thin for someone my size and i have finally started putting muscle on again after i did insanity. I do not want to lose any weight at all muscle wise any tips to cut it and not loose any muscle.

    When you cut, the slower you cut the less muscle you'll lose. But i'd reccomend bulking. Honestly, you probably don't even have enough muscle for them to show through, you're auschwitz as ****. keep eating and lifting.

    I have put 10 pounds on i weigh 140 now i just have not updated yet. I know what your saying ill just keep trying to build up first. Thanks.
