    When done with proper form, it is a leg/hip dominant exercise and would best be served on a leg day (or on its own on a day far away from leg day).


    The way most people bastardize it, it is a trap and rear delt exercise and it would be best served on a shoulder/traps day.

    Anywhere. Depends on what youre doing it for and what your focus is for the exercise. Is it for conditioning or is it first exercise of the day explosive work.

    I clean and push press on leg day.

    if you are doing a regular press than definitely shoulder day imo. If you do push press or a jerk variation than I would say leg day.
