Well, when i joined this forum about a week and a half ago i was at about 202-204 lbs area, 19% bf i dont really have access to any 100% accurate machines that can tell me although i do have a picture of myself the first day i started. I am now down to 197, although i cant see a huge difference in my body a few buddies tell me i do look slimmer. So that keeps me a little motivated.
My question/concern is, im basically trying to get rid of my lower belly fat and love handles, they arent ridiculous, but regardless they are there. When i do cardio, I sweat a ton from my face, and almost nowhere else, i dont fully understand the human body so i just wanted some people to chime in and tell me or explain to me if thats a problem, or if i will be tightening up regardless of only sweating from my face?

It's all good man, you can't target fat loss. So, you will lose fat all over not just the belly. Your body will get used to exercising and get better at getting rid of waste (in case of aerobic exercise this is sweat, co2 etc) so you'll find you'll start sweating better. Essentially from everywhere, your back, legs, arse etc. it's great.
