    ***jcsus rippin' into 2013 with Cellucor M5 & P6***

Time to ring in the new year with a solid stack!

    P6 & M5

Luckily my guy Mike from CELLUCOR came through big and hooked me up with M5 & P6. So first off thanks to Mike and Cellucor for their graciousness and being such a stand up company. The Reps and the Customer Service are knowledgeable and friendly and the products WORK! NO BS either!!! I've used C4 and NO3 for sometime now and I am super eager to try something new.

    About me:

    Age: 27
    Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 180 (gained 5lbs in 3 months! and still bulking)

    Current Supplements

    Animal Pak for my Mutli
    ON Mono Creatine
    MuscleTech NitroTech Whey

    Routine

Day 1 - back and bis
Day 2 - chest and tris
    Day 3 - shoulders
Day 4 - bis, tris, and chest

I don't workout my legs...ever. I walk all day at work (I'm a meter reader for a utility company) so I can't afford to have dead legs for work! My legs are already big!

Now lets get this thing started!

And shoutout to my brothers from the
    Cellucor Nation!

Tomorrow I'll try to get some pics of me before I started working out late last year. I'll also get some current pics up too!

Train your legs bro.... dont be one of those "bro's at the gym. At least do some squats, stiff leg deadlifts, and minor accessory movememnts. There is no reason NOT to work your legs regardless of how much you walk and are active with your job. Your negative one of the biggest muscles in the body. Hit your legs and train them.

You were quick to catch me! I'll look into a couple movements. I've just always had bigger legs and felt no need to work them. I always just used running as great cardio and a way to keep my legs in shape.

    1. Squats and deadlifts release GH.
    2. 46% of your body is your legs
    3. Squats improve your verticle jump/leap
    4. Working your legs improves overall flexibility

All athletic movement involves the opening and closing of the hip. Think about jumping, throwing, or punching. All of these movements originate with the hip closing to some extent and then violently opening. I don’t care if it’s cracking a home run or playing football with your son, the power for these movements is grounded in the muscles of the lower body.

Squats & Deadlifts work your whole body, not just your legs. Quick examples of how they stimulate upper-body growth too:

Your arms squeeze the bar hard during heavy Squats & Deadlifts.
Your abs work hard at stabilizing the weight during Squats.
Your chest muscles tense hard during heavy Deadlifts.

tronger legs and core muscles will increase your strength on upper-body lifts and thus help upper-body muscle development. Quick examples of how Squats & Deadlifts can cause strength gains on your other lifts:

Leg drive matters on the Bench Press. Stronger legs means more leg drive and a bigger bench, and thus bigger muscles.
Squats & Deadlifts strengthen your legs & lower back. These muscles help you stay strong during the Overhead Press.

Running, cycling or soccer will never work your legs like Squats & Deadlifts do. Include both exercises in your routine and you'll see how you'll get better at sports and how your upper-body will improve.

I get what you're saying. I've always had bigger legs so I never really worked them, but I get how squats and deadlifts can aid in the rest of my muscle building.

Got my 1st full day of P6 all done. Surprisinlgy the capsules aren't that big and don't smell bad like I thought they would. I thought the yams might be a little potent. It's a capsule so there's no taste, so there isn't much to say there. Just time to wait for the effects to kick in!

Now M5 time! I ripped open the container and poured in 1 scoop of the energy blend and 1 scoop of the Build. The scoop for the Energy blend is tiny, but the scoop for the Build blend is pretty big. I mixed it up in a plastic cup, and there were some lumps (nothing a fork couldn't breakup.) I would advise a shaker for ease of mixing. I drank it up and within 10 minutes the Beta Alanine tingle kicked in!

Now it was time to workout!

My routine is a little different from most other users on here. I focus primarily on body weight, kettlebells and bands. I used to have a gym but it closed down and the gym I was about to join moved to a different town. I am now actively looking for a new gym, because I want to make the most of my time working out.

I did this routine yesterday, but ran out of time to post this all up here. I used today as a rest day.

    My Routine

    Close Grip Pullups 5/3/1
    Wide Grip Pullups 5/3/1
    Close Grip Chinups 6/4/2
    Wide Grip Chinups 6/4/2
    Close Stance Pushups x25
    Wide Stance Pushups x25
    Hammer Curls 20 x3
    Negative Curls 10 x3
    Two Handed KB Curls
Heavy Band Wide Stance Curls until failure

The energy was decent from the M5. Definitely going to use 2 scoops of the Energy blend next time. The only con of M5 is how sour it was. Next time I will use more water to tame the taste a little.

Also gonna invest in some BCAA's! I'm sore as hell!

    See you all tomorrow!

I didn't update yesterday, so here we go!

    My Routine

Plyo Kettlebell Pushups 20 Each Side X3
KB Press 20 X3 (I use a small exercise ball for this, makes the fight a little harder)
Extended Range One-Arm Kettlebell Floor Press 15 Each Side X3
    Skull Crushers 20 X3
    Tricep Extensions 15 X3
    Close Stance Pushups x25
    Wide Stance Pushups x25

Great workout today. 2 scoops of the Energy blend is perfect. The M5 pumps were nuts and my veins looked like they were about to explode! The picture doesn't do it justice either.

I missed some days on the log so time to update!

    Routine (Shoulders)

    Two Arm Swings 20 X3
    Clean & Press 15 X3
    High Pull Swings 20 X3
Halos 10 X3 (little core work too!)
    Kettlebell Shrugs 10 X3

Later that night I knocked out a leg workout too! Thanks Bob!

    Routine

Goblet Squat to High Pull 20 X3
Kettlebell Deadlift 35 X2 (need a heavier kettlebell stat!)
    Lunges 15 x3

This workout was kinda impromptu so I just did a few motions I could think of.

    Now time for the supplements!!!!

M5 is doin work. I love it. A little less intense than C4, but it's energy on your own terms! P6 is taking hold of my libido and my aggression. It may be a placebo effect since its so early in the game but, I'm pretty sure I feel something. Sometime this week I'll do some research on the ingredients in P6 and post my findings.

Been really trying hard to have a clean diet and eat enough protein as of late. It's hard for me to make 180g - 200g's a day sometime, but red meat, salmon in the can and peanut butter have been great friends of mine lately.

This workout was kinda impromptu so I just did a few motions I could think of.
Pistol squats and unilateral stiff-leg deadlifts can make your currently limited weight go a little further. We home gym'ers have to use a little ingenuity inbetween purchases.

Man, now I'm in need of some heavier kettlebells too!
Got in some good KB Bottoms-Up Snatches today but would have loved to have a 62lb/28kg and 70lb/32kg handy today.

    How'd the day treat you?

Libido and Alpha feeling in full effect from the P6. I'm attributing some of my vascularity and muscle hardness to the P6 also.

This stuff is really starting to get in my system.

I feel like a 15 year old kid again!

Sorry for the lack of posts everyone! Had the flu. I'll post my workout when I get home.

So far P6 has changed my mood a lot. I feel ready to smack annoying people down a lot more now. All around my muscles feel a lot tighter and drier even with the creatine in my system.

I feel like M5 does more than it gets credit for too. I used a competitors pwo a couple days ago and feel like I wasted a workout. The energy and pumps I get from M5 are incredible. Nothing close to comparable except C4. Too anyone who may be really stim tolerant, this is for you.
