8.5/10 no bs. It's a controlled energy, not overwhelming like other pwo's. You also can pick how many scoops of the energy blend that you use. Cellucor calls it the Mass Machine and I think that's a good description. Prior to getting sick, I gained 3lbs while using M5. Alot was attributed to better diet, but I know M5 aided a lot.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you want. I know I was skeptical at first being that M5 costs a little more than most, but I think M5 is a great pre while bulking.Cellucor M5 & P6 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150812903

Woke up early to make up for missed workouts. I got a new job so things have been pretty stressful lately.
My Routine
Plyo Kettlebell Pushups 20 Each Side X3
KB Press 25 X3
Extended Range One-Arm Kettlebell Floor Press 15 Each Side X3
Skull Crushers 20 X3
Tricep Extensions 15 X3
Close Stance Pushups x25
Wide Stance Pushups x25
Taking M5 on a completely empty stomach 1st thing in the morning was not the most pleasant. I felt pretty nauseous for about 20 minutes after my workout. Drinking a protein shake wasn't going well at all (and that's why I eat all my protein now!) made me more nauseous. I ate a big meal and that helped immensely.
I got home from work and did another workout. I didn't use the M5 because I didn't want to overdo it.
Routine
Two Arm Swings 20 X4
Clean & Press 15 X4
High Pull Swings 20 X4
Halos 10 X3
Kettlebell Shrugs 10 X3Cellucor M5 & P6 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150812903

My reps have been steadily increasing and that feels amazing. I've also realized that using just a kettlebell, bands and a pullup bar has helped a lot, but I need to get in a real gym. I have been looking patiently for a rack, bench and oly weights, but most are out of my price range.
Anyone have any insight on the chain gyms? The one closest to me is AnyTime Fitness.Cellucor M5 & P6 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150812903

On Sunday, I made the journey to my buddies house to use his rack and get some squats done!
Routine
Squats 5x5 (I used a lower weight, because I have never done them before)
Stiff Legged DeadLifts 5x5 (I used a lower weight, because I haven't done them in a long time
The main thing for me was to get low in the squats. I know getting the right form now will pay off later, even if I need to use a low weight to do so.Cellucor M5 & P6 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150812903

Hey everyone! Sorry for the lapse in updates, but I'm on vacation and I'm not doin a damn thing this week!
I start a new job on Monday, so I'm taking time off to be with my kids and relax before the madness starts!Cellucor M5 & P6 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150812903

Starting lifting at a buddys house. With limited time for the next 2 months I have to make my workouts count for the short time I have everyday.
Routine
Bench Presses 5x5
Bent-Over Rows 5x5
Overhead Barbell Presses 5x5
Feels good to get after it again. A week of actual rest felt good. During that week I didn't use any M5. So today it was back to near full energy and focus again!
P6 is starting to get my appetite going too, which is great since I'm trying to gain.Cellucor M5 & P6 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150812903
