Hey guys, I'm Rocket Labs athlete Dylan Dobosz. I'm a huge believer in pre workout supplements and I've tried dozens on the market. My personal favorites include Rocket Labs Rocket Fuel mixed with Tritium, Karbolic and superpump max and DS Craze with CellTech. I believe carbohydrates are very beneficial pre workout because they help shuffle the pre to your muscles and optimize glycogen stores in your muscles which reduce fatigue and provide energy. What is your favorite pre workout supplement?

I'm personally a fan of c4 and bullnox andorush pre workouts. C4 was great for energy and always amped me up, however the pump wasnt the best. Bullnox works better for pump and getting that extra rep or increasing one rep max for me personally. Bullnox tastes great also. I want to try craze though, I heard that pre workout is great.

NanoVapor is insane for me (the full dose). It is a really great pump, the energy is insane too one of the best I tried in that regards. Also great thing about it is 1) no blends 2) clinically dosed. I just wouldn't take it too close to bed (that was a loonnngg night lol). Also I am a huge fan of Jack3d Micro. I want to try the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde combo.

I also like to mix my pre workout with carbs. I'll mix my k otic with my karbolyn and ill also take glutamine pre workout.

I have tried Assault, White Flood, No Xplode, c4. Nano vapor, no shotgun, friction... And xpand2x last stim break
Love White Flood at two scoops and although most aren't a fan... Got good results out of assault too.
