carbs very rarely turn to fat in humans being. Seems like your typical paleo dieter rambling.

That was my thought exactly. So a hamburger is not meat, veggies, and bread apparently.

Not really in the big chains. Mostly trans fats, sugars and preservatives. A home made burger or one from a local take away shop is.

Uh, no. Completely wrong.
Fat is gained in a caloric surplus. Muscles are also gained in a caloric surplus. Where those calories come from doesn't ****ing matter. If you don't lift and eat in a high surplus -> fat.

well, you're not really getting much quality meat in a fast food hamburger
it's bunch of trans fat, cholesterol, and high level of sodium

What I said is an automatic assumption that eating fruit and vegetables is awesome is dumb
If your trying to lose weight, and adopt a so called healthy diet, it is quite possible that high levels of many fruits and vegetables, although seemingly 'healthy' will still induce a caloric excess.

Not too sure about why veggies are bad but fruits are horrible if you don't keep the amount you're eating in track.
I've seen fat bitches eat 1/2 a pound of bananas because they were "healthy". To put that into perspective one banana is already 14g of sugar and about 105 calories.

I can hit 3000cals with beer. That just as good as 3000cals of chicken breast and veg?
If you're gonna go full retard at least go IIFYM retard.
Brb, beer muscles and no fat because I worked out 3 times this week.

True to an extent, but you try gaining weight by eating too much broccoli
I guess I can understand with some very sugary fruits

From what I've learned from the misc, this should be true. (iifym?). As long as you get protein it shouldn't matter that much.
