Been bulking since August. I have been doing full body workouts and been on the seafood diet (see food and eat it). Everything has been going well so far.
Starting weight 71kg Current weight 79kg.
Im hoping to increase this to about 84/85kg by march. I have just changed my routine round for the next 12 weeks. Hoping to see even more gains.
