Hey whats up everybody..been working out for the past 3 to 4 years on and off but have been more serious for the past 2 years. As i get older i learn more and can progress much faster. My weight has gone up from 145 to 180 with 6 percent bodyfat.
On November 1st i came down with hives and it seems when i work out they come on the strongest. I have not been able to have one workout sense the first hive occurance. It drives me mad,the hives come on my forearm and feet and itch like hell so i cant even power through a workout if i wanted to. Feel like im losing my size as the weeks go by...feelsbadman
ill be gettin my bloodwork done to figure out what im allergic to because i cant take not goin to the gym.

I had the same problem a year ago I had hives that would come and go. I had blood test, nothing abnormal showed up. My doc couldn't figure it out, they lasted for about 2 months. What I did, was I cut things out of my diet until I stopped getting hives. I did this and found out that the ibuprofen I was taking for headaches were the cause. I take excedrin now and haven't had any problems since. Good luck to getting to the bottom of this. It is a horrible feeling. Definitely start eliminating certain things to get to the bottom of it, think further than just food. Look at things like laundry detergent, fabric softner, and body soap. Ask your gym if they changed the cleaner they used to clean their equipment. All this stuff can cause hives.
Good luck and hope you feel better.
