Found it on Craiglist and seems like a reasonable deal for my purposes. I'm pretty new to lifting still so the weight limits aren't a problem. Has anyone had this piece of equipment before? Any problems? The main problem I see in the design is the way the bench function is set-up, with it being backwards and all, but I think I'll be able to work around that. Any help would be great.

I bought a weider system on CL and it was a decent machine. I felt the same as you, new to lifting and that I didn't need much. I sold it 3 weeks later and bought a powertec gym off craigslist for 100.00 more than the weider. The things I didn't like about it was it felt unstable and flimsy. The second you start putting heavier weight on it felt wobbly. the quality is just not there. Be patient, you do come across some nice pieces on CL if you wait. Otherwise you'll end up with two gyms and trying to sell the weider like I did. Good luck

I've actually tried two the club 4870 which is a cable pulley system that i bought and sold in 3 weeks and I almost bought a friends club c720 rack. I hated the cable one, it was very choppy and when using the lower pulley it would lift up if using heavy weight. My friends c720, the bench was very wobbley and again the pulley system was very choppy and not smooth at all. The rack was stiff but once you started loading the weight on it, it seemed unsteady.
If it is still put together definitely go see it and try it, it may actually work nicely. It could be me just being too pickey. Both machines I listed above got great reviews, but I didn't like either them.
Good Luck on building your home gym.

I had one of those racks before. It is low end but if you are strapped for cash and/or just starting out it should do for now. The lat section is total junk, so you should unbolt that and junk it so you can slide a bench through the back.
