thanks everyone, i know im not "top dog" but i also know I'm miles ahead of this wheeler kid, if i wanted to look like iw as about to keel over and die id be like him, and yeah thanks for the support very much ill be taking tomorrow off, anyone around my size want to do comparisons with me mothly let me know may keep bulking to 200lbs then cut or keep bulking till 240 then cut. opinions, and wheeler you'll end up like that exron kid, losing and still in poor shape

how do i make a log mates? and thanks guys means alot honestly i dont try to piss anyone off but i like to give my self a bit of credit i train dam hard and my parents dont support bodybuilding so that makes it akward already but you know, off to uni next year so thatll be a big step
